Housing Options: Optional vs. Mandatory
A lot of our competitors require that you make their services mandatory. We will offer our services on an optional or mandatory basis.
- Optional – direct teams to PYB Sports, but not mandated (event revenue hard to project)
- Mandatory – direct teams to PYB Sports & require them to book through our office (maximized event revenue)
Event Compensation
Tournaments are compensated based on the number of room nights booked through the PYB Sports’ office. A rebate per room per night is totaled at the end of the event. You will receive a check within 45 days following the conclusion of the tournament.
Tournament Housing Request for Proposal
If you would like a tournament housing proposal or are interested in more information, please use our
online request form. We will be in touch as soon as possible to answer your questions and to provide a proposal for your club’s review.
PYB Sports Tournament Directory
Use our
online form to submit your tournament for listing on PYB Sports. Once your submission has been received, it will be reviewed and posted to the site. Your listing will appear in the new listings on the homepage and you will also receive your own tournament page. When your listing goes live you will receive email notification.
