Hotel Selection Process

Thanks in advance for supporting the tournament’s hotel partners.

Please review the hotel listings below to locate the hotel that best fits your team's needs. Follow the steps below to provide this information to our staff. If you do not find a hotel on this list that is suitable, please email the tournament housing contact so that we may work with you to find one that will work for your group.

1. Review hotel partners below and assign your hotel preference using the drop down menus. You may select up to three & rank them from 1st to 3rd choice.
2. Submit your choices and proceed to the reservation request form to provide the necessary information we will need to assist you.
3. Once this information is received by PYB Sports we will be in contact with you within one business day.

Thank You in advance for booking your team reservations through PYB Sports and supporting our local hotel partners.  ALL teams requiring the use of hotel accommodations are strongly encouraged to book their rooms through PYB.  Using this service ensures that room demands can be met from year to year and allows PYB to offer the added protections of "no cancellation fees" in the event that the tournament is cancelled in its entirety, by tournament officials, due to severe weather.
